The City of Geneva has awarded the management of the Canopée refreshment bar on quai Gustave Ador in Geneva to SHAP SHAP this summer, from May 29 to August 16 2026.
This mandate is a great opportunity to make our mission visible to the wider public. La Canopée will play a key role in supporting the professional integration of young people in the canton, particularly those who are outside traditional education and employment pathways.
SHAP SHAP x La Canopée acts as a cultural mediation platform, enabling young people to gain structured, paid professional experience while developing transferable skills.
Around fifteen young people will be involved in our operations including communication, programming, service, and administration, under the supervision of experienced team members.
